  Worst GP Surgery...I'd give -1 star if that was an option. No compassion at all from stuff! I've been registered to this surgery for over 5 years now and I have only ever been there about 3 times . On all occasions, booking appointments has not been easy at all. It's like asking your worst enemy for a favour :( They have non flexible policies that only work for them not the customers. You have to ring at a certain time & day to make appointments for the following week- they do not provide a list of available dates to choose from. Most GP surgeries avoid booking 9am appointments so that they can see patients without appointments. The even let you choose from any dates available in the month. This surgery doesn't offer any of that. One time I cried in front of the receptionists as I needed an urgent appointment that wasn't an emergency..Not to go into detail..the lady just looked at me and all she said was 'am sorry, if you have no appointment, GP cant see you' I was there before opening times- queued up outside in the cold to be told that my GP isn't available to see me at 9am??? When people say the NHS is failing, its not because of money, its because they employ people who don't really care. They make NHS look bad. So disgraceful

  Disgraceful. Can't even get an appointment with their stupid system. If more than a week in advance, you have to wait until the next upcoming Friday to book the appointment, whilst everyone else who has been pushed back is trying to as well. This keeps happening and as a result I can't get an appointment. Remind me, what do I pay tax for?
