Reviews about Dr I A Moghal
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would suggest to surgery to improve their phone lines. It's imposible to get in touch with surgery to book or cancel appointment! This morning tried to contact surgery for 2 and half hours and no luck! Never mind I kept trying every hour for 20 mins - still no luck!. The answerphone said the person you're calling is not available at the moment. Maybe you should let people know on your website WHEN is available to contact the surgery? Or at least have an option available to leave a message and somebody could phone back? 5pm now and I wasn't able to get through your phone lines. Any recommendations how to contact the surgery if nobody is available over the phone????by Georgia SMay 03, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors in this practise have poor knowledge about mental health. Calling you "lazy" for being disabled. If they wanted to see proof of my medical condition they just had to look at their computer screen to see letters and evidence from other doctors that I am having severe mental health problems. Doctors also referring patients to the wrong kinds of services for mental health. Referring me to low intensity support when I am severely mentally ill, and again can clearly see from the opinion of a psychiatrist that I am. Poor judgement and little sensitivity dealing with issues. These arrogant insensitive fools inspire me to actually study medicine myself and actually treat people with much more respect and sensitivity. Also, if you're a doctor you have the ability to actually assess if someone is clinically depressed. That's what you went to medical school for. These experiences at the GP actually led me to contact Samaritans because of how distressed this experience left me. If you have a mental health problem, bring evidence to prove that you are, or you may be called lazy and a liar. Overall, would not recommend this service.by Javaid MiahDecember 25, 2016
